Privacy Policy
Relay Build ("we," "us," "our") operates relaybuild.ai. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information you give us
When you submit our consultation form, we collect the information you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), business type, and the description of what you're trying to solve. We only collect what you choose to type in.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. These are used for security, debugging, and understanding aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your consultation request and schedule a call
- To prepare a scope and proposal for work you've asked about
- To send you information you requested about our services
- To keep the site secure and functioning
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.
Service providers
We use a small number of vendors to run the site and communicate with you. These currently include Vercel (hosting) and Resend (transactional email delivery). They process data only to provide those services to us.
Client confidentiality
Work performed for our clients — including systems, data, customer records, and business information — is treated as confidential. We do not publish client details or performance figures without written permission from that client.
Data retention
We keep consultation inquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus any period required for tax and legal recordkeeping. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email wohamarself@relaybuild.ai and we'll handle it.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
Children
This site is intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
