These terms govern your use of relaybuild.ai. By using this site you agree to them. Services we perform for clients are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if there's any conflict with this page.
This website describes services offered by Relay Build. Descriptions of services, tiers, and pricing are informational and do not constitute a binding offer. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and price are set in a signed agreement before work begins.
Submitting the consultation form is a request for a conversation. It does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, or obligate either party to proceed. We'll confirm whether we're a fit before any work or payment is discussed.
Pricing shown on this site reflects typical engagements and is subject to change. Actual price depends on scope. Any timeline discussed during a consultation is an estimate based on the information available at that time; committed dates appear in your signed agreement, not on this site.
Our builds integrate with third-party services (telephony, calendars, CRMs, review platforms, and similar). Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing, and their availability, feature sets, and costs are outside our control. Where we provision accounts on your behalf, you own those accounts.
Site content — text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Relay Build. Ownership of work product created for a client is defined in that client's agreement. The Relay Build name and marks may not be used without permission.
Don't use this site to attempt unauthorized access, scrape at volumes that degrade service, transmit malicious code, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
This site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate but make no warranty that it is error-free, complete, or continuously available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relay Build is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability relating to services we perform is addressed in the applicable client agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version.
